Psychotherapy
In our practice, we see ourselves as solution-focused, practical and interactive therapists who will help you resolve current problems and long-standing patterns. Our clients come from many different countries and all walks of life.
In sessions we mainly use a cognitive behavioral approach (CBT) but our work is also strongly influenced by a newer form of behavioral therapy called Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). The use of methods such as mindfulness or the clarification of personal values helps people bring back the meaning and purpose they wish for in their lives.

Counseling
Sometimes we go through difficult phases in life that are tough but also a „normal“ part of life and our dealing with them does not really require psychotherapy. However, occasional, professional assistance from a neutral, unbiased and well-trained individual can be very helpful in order to “see the whole forest when you’re in the midst of the trees“.
Please note that counseling is not covered by German health insurance.
Our fees are as defined in the current “Gebührenordnung für Psychotherapeuten” (GOP) and amount to EUR 154 per 50 minute session.
